Vijay Deverakonda has responded to online criticism of comments he and Rashmika Mandanna made on a recent Koffee With Karan episode. In an Instagram post reported by Cinema Express, he described Rashmika as his best friend and wife and wrote that they are both gloriously happy.
The post followed a complaint the actor filed over what he called false narratives spreading online. Rashmika has also addressed the backlash, describing it as an angry mob looking for someone to vent at. The pair recently reunited on screen in Ranabaali, their first film together since Dear Comrade in 2019.
