Odiyan: The Age of Illusion features Prithviraj Sukumaran and Manju Warrier, with Bramayugam filmmaker Rahul Sadasivan directing the horror film and Jothish Shankar overseeing production design, according to Cinema Express. Those names make the project worth tracking.
Jothish, who made his directorial debut with the acclaimed Ponman, spent years as an art director and production designer on films including Kumbalangi Nights, Virus and Bramayugam, winning two Kerala State Film Awards for that work. The available update concerns its creative team, however, rather than a newly confirmed release date or a fully revealed storyline.
