Koragajja launched its trailer amid Mysuru Dasara's Jamboo Savari celebrations, with Kabir Bedi, Meenakshi Seshadri and Bhavya present. According to the makers, it was the first time a dedicated tableau for a feature film was allowed in the royal procession, with a float built around the folklore of the Tulunadu deity Koragajja.
Sudhir Attavar directs the 3D film, which brings coastal Karnataka's Daivaradhane tradition to the screen. The setting gave the promotion a strong cultural connection, bringing its stars into a public celebration rather than a conventional hotel press event.
