Dil Raju acquires Vrushakarma rights
The producer-distributor takes theatrical rights to Naga Chaitanya's mythological thriller in AP, Telangana and Karnataka.
Dil Raju has acquired the theatrical distribution rights to Naga Chaitanya's Vrushakarma for Andhra Pradesh, Telangana and Karnataka through his Sri Venkateswara Creations banner, Cinema Express reports. The film is directed by Karthik Dandu, known for Virupaksha, and blends mythology with ancient mystery.
Reportedly the most expensive film of Naga Chaitanya's career, Vrushakarma is said to have recorded his highest pre-release business so far. Meenakshi Chaudhary plays the female lead, with Sparsh Shrivastava as the antagonist and Ajaneesh B Loknath on music. The film is scheduled for release in India on 4 December.
