Behind Jailer 2's action
Stunt choreographer Chethan D'Souza reflects on working with Vijay Sethupathi and Jackie Shroff on Nelson's sequel.
Jailer 2 action director Chethan D'Souza has paid tribute to Vijay Sethupathi and Jackie Shroff, who both make cameo appearances in the Rajinikanth sequel, Cinema Express reports. He praised Sethupathi's habit of improvising and the effort he puts into every shot, saying he was glad to watch his creative process up close.
Of Shroff, who returns as Kamdev from the 2023 original, D'Souza wrote that he grew up watching him on television and called the actor humble and grounded. Sethupathi is a new addition to the franchise, appearing at the end of the film in a scene that teases a third instalment.
