Yaar Jigree Kasooti Degree joined Chaupal's October streaming lineup on 1 October, bringing its college friendships to home audiences. Directed by Rabby Tiwana, the feature follows estranged college friends who reunite years later to revive a forgotten youth festival. Pukhraj Bhalla, Karanvir Deol, Amrit Amby and Hashneen Chauhan feature in the film.
Its appeal rests on a recognisable question: how much of an old friendship survives once everyone has moved on?
