Mohabbati Rutt gives friendship a longer format
Navi Bhangu leads a seven-episode Punjabi series about three friends dreaming of love, marriage and the future.
Navi Bhangu features in Mohabbati Rutt, a Punjabi series following Bindri and his two closest friends as they imagine love, marriage and their future. Jassi Mann directs, with Anita Meet among the cast.
The series began streaming on Chaupal on 25 June. Its episodic format lets those relationships develop beyond the time available in a conventional feature film, giving the friendship at its centre room to breathe across seven episodes.
