Honey Trehan tells Satluj supporters to keep their donations
Director Honey Trehan thanked Satluj's supporters but asked them not to collect money in the film's name.
In August, director Honey Trehan thanked Satluj's supporters but asked people not to collect money in the film's name. He said the team would not accept financial contributions, and that any collection of money, gifts or donations claiming to represent the film had no association with the makers.
Trehan also urged people to stay cautious about fundraising drives run in the name of Satluj. Audience solidarity was welcome; unofficial donation campaigns were a different matter.
