Hareem Farooq wants Mango Jutt to travel beyond Punjab

At the film’s October music launch, Hareem Farooq urged audiences to approach Mango Jutt as a film for all Pakistan, rather than only Punjabi speakers. “It is for all of Pakistan,” she told The Express Tribune. She also described the work involved in producing it.
The appeal is about audience reach: language should introduce viewers to a story, not automatically limit its market.
