Sophie Turner's Lara Croft has Sigourney Weaver watching her
Prime Video's Tomb Raider series is in production, with Sigourney Weaver and Jason Isaacs supporting Sophie Turner.
Sophie Turner has stepped into Lara Croft's boots for Prime Video's Tomb Raider, and the supporting cast is formidable. Sigourney Weaver plays Evelyn Wallis, a woman keen to exploit Lara's talents, while Jason Isaacs portrays her uncle, Atlas DeMornay. Creator Phoebe Waller-Bridge says the cast is "beyond my wildest dreams".
Production is underway; a premiere date remains unannounced. Turner's archaeology career already sounds dangerously well connected.
