The Batman Part II is now a February 2028 appointment, after the studio moved it again in July from its previous 1 October 2027 slot. Variety reported that production has been temporarily paused while Matt Reeves focuses on a family matter. Pattinson returns alongside a cast including Scarlett Johansson and Sebastian Stan. Those names offer plenty of intrigue, even as Gotham's next chapter takes longer to reach cinemas.
