Oh Humnava! Tum Dena Saath Mera actor Lokit Phulwani says balancing shoots that often stretch to 12 hours with a personal life takes discipline and deliberate effort. He uses his available time for family and friends, working out and switching off. He also values people around him who offer honest criticism, a useful counterweight to an industry where praise can come easily.
"I value that because it keeps me grounded," he says. Lokit adds that friendship and professionalism can coexist on set, as long as everyone respects each other's time and work.
