Udne Ki Aasha actor Kanwar Dhillon developed a stomach infection after a stretch of back-to-back work, including outdoor shoots. The report said he needed medication and had been advised to take proper care in Mumbai's heat. "The Mumbai heat has taken a toll on me," he said.
Kanwar said he was feeling better and planned to rest and hydrate on an off day. No confirmed extended absence from the serial was announced in that update.
