Apsara moves into a very famous address
Star Plus has handed the old Kyunki slot to Apsara, a supernatural fantasy built around the battle to protect the Amrit.
Replacing Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi is hardly a quiet entrance. Star Plus launched Apsara on 21 October, handing the slot to a supernatural drama starring Samiksha Jaiswal, Paras Kalnawat, Adaa Khan and Avika Gor. Family confrontations have given way to celestial powers, with a substantial legacy to follow.
Produced by Mukta Dhond, the fantasy thriller is rooted in mythology, supernatural powers and a battle to protect the Amrit. BizAsiaLive described it as Star Plus's answer to Naagin on sister channel Colors. In India it airs nightly at 10:30 pm on Star Plus, with episodes streaming on JioHotstar.
