Anil Kapoor gets emotional with Rupali on his show

Rupali's appearance on India Ke Top 1% prompted Anil Kapoor to remember working with her father, filmmaker Anil Ganguly, on Saheb. Anil called it his best work, sang the film's song "Pyaar Bina Chain Kahan Re" and recalled crying after filming an emotional scene. The quiz-show conversation briefly became a moving exchange about an actor, a director and a daughter's memories.
Rupali said her father always spoke about Anil, and that his sincerity in the film, with a wardrobe of just a tracksuit and two shirts, taught the family a great deal. The episode aired on Star Plus in India.
