Once Human's free Isles of Abyss expansion brings ocean exploration across five marine sectors, each with its own environmental hazard, according to Xbox Wire. Players can build modular ships, from wooden skiffs to steel-plated fortresses, that serve as mobile sanctuaries, workshops, diving platforms and gun platforms.
Uncharted islands, ghost ships and the abyssal seabed offer rare loot, and the expansion ends with a squad raid against The Sunken Lord. For established players, surviving the world now also involves deciding what to take aboard.
