Jonathan Blow's new puzzle game thinks big
Order of the Sinking Star arrived on Switch 2 with more than 1,000 handcrafted puzzles across four worlds.
Order of the Sinking Star arrived on Nintendo Switch 2 on 8 October, with more than 1,000 handcrafted puzzles across four worlds, according to Nintendo. Developed by Thekla and directed by Jonathan Blow of Braid and The Witness, it gives each world its own mechanics, characters and stories.
Its heroes include a queen, a warrior, a thief, a wizard and a talking boat. That last detail suggests this is not entirely solemn business, even if the puzzles threaten to occupy considerable mental space.
