Dune: Awakening anchors Funcom's PlayStation push
Dune: Awakening is already on PS5, and Funcom now has two more survival games heading to the console.
Funcom's latest PlayStation Blog update, which announced Aloft and Conan Exiles Enhanced for PS5 in early 2027, notes that Dune: Awakening has already launched on PS5. The open-world survival game arrived on PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S on 22 September, according to earlier reporting by Gematsu.
Arrakis remains an unusually strong setting for survival gaming, where the environment itself is an adversary. With two more Funcom survival titles heading to PS5, console players have plenty of chances to discover how expensive a careless expedition can become.
