Age of Empires IV welcomes northern troublemakers

Raiders of the North adds the Scots and Vikings to Age of Empires IV, plus new Crucible missions and co-op play.

Raiders of the North is now available for Age of Empires IV, adding the Scots and Vikings, according to the official Age of Empires site. The Scots focus on infantry, strong defences and a food economy built on Highland Cattle, while the Vikings are built around mobile raiding, Berserkers and a Longhouse economy.

The expansion also reworks Crucible with four new missions playable solo or in two-player co-op, plus two new biomes. It arrives on Steam, Microsoft Store, Xbox and PlayStation 5, giving strategy fans fresh ways to discover their settlement's weaknesses.
